Shipping policy

All items ship from Santa Rosa, CA within 1 - 5 days of purchase for standard in-stock items.  For items that are personalized shipping will be completed 1 - 7 days from purchase.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges unless order falls under a promotion that includes shipping charges.
