The beauty of sublimation is our tumblers are created with permanent ink aspect. It will never crack or peel. You can use this for both hot and cold. Each tumbler comes with a slide lid and straw.
Tumblers are not dishwasher safe. They do hold hot drinks, but they should NOT be left out in the sun, left in a hot car, or soaked in hot water. External heat may cause images to prematurely fade.

Returns
We have a 30 day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to process a refund. Buyer is responsible for returning the item (S) back to Hot Mess Designs to receive full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to Hot Mess Deisgns. In the event your package is lost or damaged we will replace your item(S) at no cost. If there is a design error or printing error we will replace your product at no cost to you.
