Returns

We have a 30 day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to process a refund. Buyer is responsible for returning the item (S) back to Hot Mess Designs to receive full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to Hot Mess Deisgns. In the event your package is lost or damaged we will replace your item(S) at no cost. If there is a design error or printing error we will replace your product at no cost to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in returns where there was no defect.
